Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the GooMusic mobile application operated by GooMusic ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

1. Use of the Service

GooMusic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any content generated within it for commercial purposes without our written consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
  • Use the service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. AI-Generated Content

GooMusic uses AI models to generate lyrics and music tracks. You acknowledge that:

  • Generated content is produced by AI and may not be unique across all users
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for how you use and share generated content
  • Generated music tracks are for personal use and entertainment purposes

4. Intellectual Property

The GooMusic app, its branding, interface design, and underlying technology are owned by GooMusic and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated lyrics and music tracks produced through the service are provided to you for personal use, subject to any limitations of the AI providers we use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of GooMusic require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's standard subscription terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GooMusic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GooMusic operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
